Key Responsibilities
- Own all inbound demand globally across paid search, paid social, affiliates, influencer marketing, SEO, AI-driven discovery, campaign-led demand, and website conversion.
- Lead, scale, and operationalize global campaigns, turning them into repeatable, measurable demand generation programs across regions.
- Own the website as a conversion engine, driving continuous A/B testing, improvement across messaging, UX, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization in partnership with brand/content and product Marketing.
- Lead global paid programs across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms with accountability for ROAS and cost-per-qualified-pipeline.
- Scale affiliates and influencer programs as core demand channels with clear attribution, optimization, and performance standards.
- Evolve SEO from a traffic-focused function into an intent- and conversion-driven engine aligned to modern buyer behavior and AI search.
- Ensure Aircall is discoverable and recommended across AI-powered answer engines and platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.
- Build and own a rigorous experimentation roadmap across channels, regions, formats, and on-site experiences to identify scalable, high-intent growth levers.
- Develop full-funnel strategies that align paid, organic, lifecycle, campaign, and website experiences to improve conversion and pipeline quality.
- Operate as a true partner to Sales with shared accountability for pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with RevOps and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, budget efficiency, and pipeline predictability.
- Lead, develop, and scale a global performance marketing team using a hands-on, player-coach approach.
- Apply AI in day-to-day execution across analysis, experimentation, creative iteration, and insight generation.
- Own vendor relationships and the growth technology stack, prioritizing tools that improve speed, learning, and efficiency.
- Manage global budgets with clear targets for efficiency, cost-per-qualified-pipeline, and quarter-over-quarter improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within B2B SaaS with hands-on ownership of inbound demand, global campaigns, and website conversion.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience scaling SaaS demand through cost-efficient acquisition channels.
- Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, affiliates, influencer marketing, SEO, global campaigns, website optimization, and AI-driven discovery surfaces.
- Experience leading and operationalizing global campaigns and website optimization across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
- Demonstrated ability to grow pipeline while improving efficiency and predictability.
- Strong partnership mindset with Sales and a clear focus on pipeline quality and revenue impact.
- Practical experience applying AI in day-to-day growth and performance marketing workflows.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
