Partnerships Development Intern, Italian market

Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage new potential partners across Italy (distributors, consultants, system integrators, etc.).
- Help partners grow their expertise around Aircall’s product and value proposition.
- Strengthen commercial relationships through recurring check-ins, pipeline reviews, and collaborative business planning.
- Educate partners around AI-related features, use cases, and product innovation.
- Map relevant technology players, industry verticals, and local business communities.
- Participate in the creation of joint marketing actions: webinars, events, content, campaigns, customer stories.
Qualifications:
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Adaptable and engaged, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in partnerships, sales, or business development.
- Top–tier business school or university program, currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM tools.
