- About the Role
- As a member of the Compute Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will own initiatives that support Anthropic's compute capacity planning and allocation strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Finance & Strategy, Product Management, and Engineering teams to optimize resource utilization and create a best-in-class customer experience for Anthropic’s users.
- Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain capacity planning models, collaborating with data science and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting
- Support new product launches and serve as the compute expert for all launches
- Serve as the key point of contact for product capacity strategy and planning
- Support the creation of regular capacity forecasts and quarterly planning processes
- Tackle ambiguous but critical strategic questions related to compute capacity with rigorous attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear delivery of actionable insights
- Gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform priorities and decision-making

- The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
- For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
