About the Role
- We are seeking a Strategic Finance professional to partner with our Marketing organization as a trusted business partner. This role will support enterprise and brand marketing across our B2B and B2C product lines, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to optimize marketing investment decisions and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives, including budget planning, investment allocation, and ROI analysis for both B2C and B2B segments
- Partner with Ops, Data Science and Global Expense Reporting functions to develop monthly and quarterly reporting cadences.
- Own the Marketing organization's rhythm of the business as it relates to MBRs and QBRs from a finance perspective
- Support Finance-to-Marketing and Finance-to-Finance strategy discussions around marketing investment and outcomes
- Partner with other finance leaders to build and maintain financial models to evaluate marketing program effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and marketing funnel metrics
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for marketing spend, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business drivers and risks
- Partner with procurement and legal teams as needed on vendor management and contracting, as needed.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track key marketing metrics, providing visibility into performance against targets

You may be a good fit if you have
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking, with demonstrated experience supporting marketing organizations
- Enterprise Marketing finance business partnership experience required; ideal candidate has both Enterprise and Consumer marketing experience
- Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with visualization tools is a plus but not required.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, attribution models, and digital marketing analytics
- Experience building relationships and communicating complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking, with demonstrated experience supporting marketing organizations

- The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
- For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
