- Exploring, developing, and implementing cutting-edge technological advancements in robotics, machine learning, planning and control
- Identifying emerging technologies, conducting in-depth evaluations, and translating these findings into innovative products

Your Profile
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a research or advanced development setting
- Excellent expertise in modern deep reinforcement learning techniques and architectures, with hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning such systems
- Excellent at designing and deploying state-of-the-art control and planning algorithms for real-world robotics or autonomous systems
- Strong practical experience across the MLOps pipeline—from data collection and curation to training, fine-tuning, and GPU-based deployment in embedded or edge systems
- Strong in fast prototyping, concept validation, and rapid iteration—you build to learn and use experimentation as a core development tool
- Strong in self-coordination and project ownership, able to structure your work independently, align with strategic goals, and deliver meaningful outcomes
- Good programming skills in C++ and Python, with the ability to write clean, and efficient code
- Familiarity with GPU programming, with the desire to deepen knowledge and performance tuning where needed
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively share knowledge and insights
