- As Astranis’s G&A Financial Analyst, you will partner with our corporate functions — HR, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and Operations — to ensure financial discipline and clarity in how we scale. We are seeking to hire the best — a finance professional who thrives at budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while driving efficiency and accountability across all G&A departments.
- You are an ideal candidate if you have strong analytical skills, can manage detailed models, and are eager to partner cross-functionally with business leaders. You should be motivated by building scalable financial processes, influencing decision-making, and improving transparency into how Astranis invests in its people and infrastructure.
- Own financial planning, reporting, and analysis for G&A functions.
- Partner with department leaders on headcount planning, budgets, and spend management.
- Deliver timely variance analysis and insights to drive accountability.
- Build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Support monthly and quarterly close with Accounting and Finance.
- Develop models to evaluate key initiatives and long-term planning.
- 3–5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Strong modeling, Excel, and reporting skills.
- Track record of working cross-functionally to influence decisions.
- Detail orientation with the ability to zoom out and provide strategic insights.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- Netsuite or similar ERP system experience.
- Familiarity with HR, legal, and corporate operations spend drivers.
