About your skills

  • Program Management and Alignment: Own Enablement Program Charter that aligns with the enablement vision and mission, based around Tiers, Cognitive Load, goals, and success metrics.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Build a map of stakeholders, leveraging your regional insights (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to ensure comprehensive engagement and alignment.
  • Business Acumen and Analysis Metrics: Start supplying all enablement programs with impact metrics
  • Program Effectiveness Reviews: Audit existing programs using frameworks like the Cognitive Load Matrix to prioritize and refine offerings.
