Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in data management or analytics are preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data integration patterns.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support financial and operational analytics.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators.
- Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to integrate new data sources and improve existing data architecture.
- Provide technical insights and support for data-driven decision making.
