- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to support our Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and SDR teams in APAC. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a top-performing field seller of enablement pro with a passion for coaching, enablement, and driving sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership and frontline teams to identify enablement needs and align programs with business goals.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve in-person and virtual training programs, including onboarding, AI and product expertise, sales process, methodology, and ongoing skills development.
- Create engaging enablement content: job aids, videos, self-paced courses, and sales playbooks tailored to the US market.
- Become an AI expert, using our own platform to create content, do research, and automate processes.
- Feed all training, research, and content back into our platform to train the AI and our global team of humans.
- Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and team-based coaching sessions to accelerate ramp and performance.
- Gather feedback from the field, analyze enablement effectiveness, and iterate programs based on data and outcomes.
- Champion the adoption of our internal tools and best practices, supporting the team in leveraging AI for productivity.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and AI/B2B SaaS best practices to inform enablement strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales enablement, field sales, sales engineering, or sales training, with AI, data platforms, and/or B2B SaaS experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Communications, or a relevant technical field preferred.
- Proven track record as a top field sales performer, with the credibility to influence and coach sales teams and leaders.
- Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training content.
- Strong business and technical acumen; able to validate that learning occurred, drive adoption in the field, and translate complex concepts into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement impact and driving continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a high growth sales team in APAC.
- Hands-on experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM, and sales tech stack.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, CVI, Challenger, Command of the Message).
Work Environment
- This role is based in Chennai or Bengaluru, India, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.
- Some International travel for training delivery, team meetings, QBRs, or sales events may be required.
