About the Role

  • As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving releases and deliverables across high-impact initiatives. Operating within a Scaled Agile environment, you'll manage complex dependencies, ensuring seamless execution from planning to end-user adoption. This role requires team-building skills, as well as close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver holistic and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and delivery, guiding multi-phase releases across engineering, product, compliance, and operations
  • Define and track milestones, identify and manage technical and business dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Develop clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fast- paced, Scaled Agile environment
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs across teams
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer and business needs
  • Drive operational excellence across programs and mentor squads on Agile best practices
  • Work within the larger PMO of the organization to raise its level of agile maturity
  • Coach teammates along the organizational journey towards agile transformation
  • Use data to evaluate progress, highlight risk, and communicate program health to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite to manage workflows, reporting, and communication

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of program management experience, ideally in technical environments with multiple cross-functional development teams
  • Deep familiarity with Scaled Agile; CSM or similar Agile certification a plus
  • Demonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies and deliver high-impact releases in environments with multiple competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing across technical and business teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have, But Not Required

  • Background in brokerage, wealth management, or regulated financial services
  • Experience working with APIs and embedded finance platforms
  • Familiarity with money movement, transaction handling, or compliance workflows

Compensation

  • Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, location and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
