On the Job
- You’ll be deeply involved in the full content pipeline: scripting videos, building narratives, participating in shoots, assisting with production, and even contributing to casting when needed.
- You should be comfortable in front of the camera when required, excited about experimenting with formats, and able to translate trends into content that feels authentically “Fam.”
- Beyond YouTube, you’ll play an active role in shaping Fam’s social presence by identifying viral trends early, bringing fresh ideas, and creating content that resonates with Gen-Z.
- You’ll also work closely with product and design teams on in-app copy and communication, ensuring everything stays sharp, youthful, and on-brand.

Must Have
- Under-graduate (preferably communication/media degree)
- 0-2 years of experience working with a startup or creative agency in content/marketing related roles
- Up to date with recent trends and social media
- Portfolio showcasing prior work
Good to Have
- Experience in scripting for thumbstoppers, instagram reels, YT.
- Knack for identifying trends/ formats that can go viral.
- Strong hold of writing skill.
