The role

  • At GoCardless, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are at the forefront of our growth. They identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities to build a high-quality sales pipeline. As the team continues to scale, we’re looking for an experienced and inspiring SDR Manager to help take us to the next level.
  • As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring SDR Manager to lead our growing team in Leeds and help shape our northern hub.
  • This is a high-impact leadership role where you will coach, develop, and empower your team to achieve excellence while embedding a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • You will lead from the front, optimise performance, and play a key role in defining how we drive pipeline across UK&I.

  • You contribute to the wider SDR leadership team and play a key role in scaling our SDR organisation.
