- With a focus on innovation and growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team of over 440 professionals working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
What will you be doing?
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for Inbank Group IFRS reporting, including the preparation of annual reports and quarterly financial statements, ensuring full compliance with IFRS requirements.
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Group accounting manuals, internal guidelines, and the Group reporting package, ensuring clarity and consistency across all entities.
- Ensuring the consistent application of IFRS across the Group, including oversight of accounting policies and interpretations.
- Performing IFRS analysis for complex transactions, new products, and non-routine business events, and documenting conclusions in a clear, practical way.
- Supporting product accounting, including assessing the accounting impact of new or evolving products.
- Acting as a key contact for external auditors, preparing accounting memos and supporting audit processes.
- Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Risk, Product & Technology to ensure accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial information.
Ideally, you would have
- 3–5 years of proven experience in auditing, IFRS reporting, financial reporting, or technical accounting (experience in banking or financial services is a plus).
- Strong hands-on IFRS knowledge and confidence in applying standards in practice.
- Ability to analyse complex topics and clearly document accounting positions.
- Experience in project-based work or leading accounting-related initiatives.
- Experience with Group reporting, consolidation, or reporting packages is an advantage.
- A structured, analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with Business Central or consolidation tools is a plus.
- A proactive, curious mindset and motivation to grow in a scaling organisation.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian.
