What will you be doing?

  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for Inbank Group IFRS reporting, including the preparation of annual reports and quarterly financial statements, ensuring full compliance with IFRS requirements.
  • Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Group accounting manuals, internal guidelines, and the Group reporting package, ensuring clarity and consistency across all entities.
  • Ensuring the consistent application of IFRS across the Group, including oversight of accounting policies and interpretations.
  • Performing IFRS analysis for complex transactions, new products, and non-routine business events, and documenting conclusions in a clear, practical way.
  • Supporting product accounting, including assessing the accounting impact of new or evolving products.
  • Acting as a key contact for external auditors, preparing accounting memos and supporting audit processes.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Risk, Product & Technology to ensure accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial information.

Ideally, you would have

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in auditing, IFRS reporting, financial reporting, or technical accounting (experience in banking or financial services is a plus).
  • Strong hands-on IFRS knowledge and confidence in applying standards in practice.
  • Ability to analyse complex topics and clearly document accounting positions.
  • Experience in project-based work or leading accounting-related initiatives.
  • Experience with Group reporting, consolidation, or reporting packages is an advantage.
  • A structured, analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with Business Central or consolidation tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and motivation to grow in a scaling organisation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian.
