highly organized Operations Specialist

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)
  • - Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently
  • - Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items
  • - Support hiring operations and onboarding
  • - Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
  • - Partner with HR and Finance on vendors, payroll inputs, AP/AR, and compliancePlan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end
  • - Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales
  • Qualifications:
  • - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • - Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments
  • - Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • - Strong organization, communication, and judgment
  • - Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
  • - Comfortable working in-office with leadership
