- Responsibilities:
- - Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)
- - Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently
- - Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items
- - Support hiring operations and onboarding
- - Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
- - Partner with HR and Finance on vendors, payroll inputs, AP/AR, and compliancePlan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end
- - Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales
- Qualifications:
- - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment
- - Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments
- - Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
- - Strong organization, communication, and judgment
- - Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
- - Comfortable working in-office with leadership
