What you will do?
- Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, presentations, webinars, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Create graphics, banners, infographics, pitch decks, and promotional creatives aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Use Canva and Figma to design layouts, templates, UI visuals, and marketing assets
- Leverage AI-based design tools to enhance productivity, generate concepts, and optimize creative workflows
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs
- Iterate designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and creative libraries
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging AI-driven design techniques
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or visual design
- Strong proficiency in Canva and Figma
- Experience using AI graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar)
- Good understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout, and composition
- Ability to create designs optimized for digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
