Lead Management & Routing:
- Develop and refine our global Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) model, ensuring precise qualification, efficient routing, and timely follow-up.
- Drive lead data enrichment initiatives and maintain impeccable CRM hygiene to ensure our data is always accurate and actionable.
Global BDR Operations & Process Standardization:
- Optimize our outbound strategy, focusing on best practices for email cadence, messaging, and targeting to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Explore and implement AI-driven process optimizations to automate low-value tasks, freeing up our teams for more strategic work.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations:
- Support Global & Regional marketing in launching campaigns to drive Demand Generation (big emphasis on email marketing as a channel)
- Implement best practices in email marketing & campaign marketing (A/B testing, email nurtures, landing page templates, web form design etc.)
Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Act as the primary operational liaison, fostering strong communication and collaboration between Marketing and BDR leadership.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in revenue, marketing or sales operations
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong process documentation and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
- A proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams.
- An analytical mindset, with a knack for driving metrics-based improvements and making data-informed decisions.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft.
