Senior Manager, Field Marketing

What You’ll Do
- Global Event Strategy & Execution
- Own planning, execution, and measurement of Mindtickle’s in person and virtual events, including our annual flagship summit, third party trade shows, partner events, customer webinars and roundtable discussions.
- Manage end-to-end event programs for US-based events (remote execution from India), collaborating with US-based vendors, partners, venues, agencies, and internal teams.
- Develop high-quality, repeatable global event playbooks and processes to scale execution across regions.
- Own event experience strategy—onsite activations, demos, branding, content, customer sessions, CXO tracks, and executive briefings.
- Field Marketing & Regional Alignment
- Build quarterly field marketing plans to support pipeline goals across enterprise and commercial segments.
- Partner with sales, SDRs, and regional leaders to prioritize accounts and design high-impact programs.
- Support US-based field events through centralized coordination, logistics oversight, and campaign alignment.
- ABM, Account Engagement & Personalization
- Design premium account experiences for top strategic customers and prospects.
- Track account-level engagement and optimize based on sales feedback and data.
- Program Operations, Tools & Vendor Management
- Manage global event budgets, forecasting, and ROI reporting.
- Own vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for US and international events.
- Oversee event operations, tech stack integration, registration platforms, and attendee workflows.
- Reporting & Insights
- Own reporting for global event performance, pipeline creation, influenced pipeline, and ROI.
- Create dashboards and executive summaries for marketing and sales leadership.
- Continuously refine strategy and processes based on performance insights and market feedback.
What You’ll Bring
- 8–12 years of B2B SaaS field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience; experience with US-based or global events.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale events, flagship summits, conference sponsorships, and executive-level experiences, which produces a direct pipeline towards our marketing goals
- Expertise in project management, vendor management, logistics, and cross-functional program leadership.
- Ability to manage complex global programs independently while partnering closely with remote teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, Asana, ABM tools, and event platforms.
