So, what's the role all about?

  • We are looking for a results-driven Education Professional to lead end-to-end learning content development initiatives. This role is responsible for managing content development projects, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Professional Services), and ensuring business-aligned, high-quality learning delivery through structured and agile execution.The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, business acumen, LMS governance expertise, and collaborative leadership.

How will you make an impact?

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for new and existing learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Professional Services, and clients to identify and prioritize content needs.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into structured learning solutions.
  • Plan scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple learning tracks.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum execution including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee LMS governance including course uploads, version control, release management, and catalog structuring.
  • Ensure content compatibility and smooth deployment on LMS platforms.
  • Monitor learner enrollments, completion metrics, certifications, and reporting dashboards.
  • Optimize LMS user experience and ensure alignment with learning pathways.
  • Monitor KPIs, learner impact, and delivery metrics.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
  • Continuously improve processes, governance, and development efficiency.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading content development or learning teams.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, and Professional Services teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
