What you must have
- Strong expertise in Python and Shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with the Pytest framework
- Solid experience in RAN (4G/5G) testing, including Feature testing, Regression testing, Performance testing
- Good understanding of 4G/5G message flows and associated parameters
- Experience creating complex test plans spanning 4G/5G features and performing root cause analysis
- Strong focus on automation and scripting (high priority for this role)
- Good understanding of Kubernetes (K8s), Docker containers, and basic knowledge of AWS
What you will do
- Own Automation Infrastructure Design & Integration
- Gather and integrate requirements from the R&D organization
- Define major architectural building blocks and lead key enhancements
- Recommend and initiate system improvements and automation code refactoring
- Review automation infrastructure design and code developed by engineers
- Lead the implementation of new, complex, or large-scale modules/features in an optimized and scalable manner
- Take a hands-on role in Kubernetes (K8s) deployments, adapting deployment models to suit different platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to stabilize and optimize setups.
