Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts on ELK-based projects.
- Define technical architecture and roadmap for telecom analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Design, configure, and manage ELK clusters for large-scale telecom data.
- Develop Logstash pipelines for ingestion, parsing, and enrichment of telecom logs (e.g., CDRs, network KPIs).
- Create advanced Kibana dashboards for real-time visualization and analytics.
- Integrate ELK with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) and streaming platforms (Kafka).
- Optimize Elasticsearch for high-volume telecom datasets (indexing, shards, replicas, query performance).
- Implement alerting and anomaly detection for network performance and fraud analytics.
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 10+ years in software/data engineering, with 4+ years in ELK and telecom analytics.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
