Key responsibilities
- Design and implement lifecycle journeys and campaigns for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Deploy CRM campaigns integrating promotions and content variations.
- Launch experiments and A/B tests on messaging, timing, channels, and segments, analyzing results and performance.
- Perform QA to ensure campaigns are error-free.
- Support the implementation of automation tools, investigate issues, and propose improvements.
- Research and share best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently studying in a field related to data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience running effective marketing campaigns, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience diagnosing underperforming campaigns and quickly implementing corrective actions.
- Experience running experiments or A/B tests and deploying campaigns across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, in-app, push, and email.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Hootsuite, Customer.io, or similar), SQL, and G Suite.
