Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement lifecycle journeys and campaigns for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Deploy CRM campaigns integrating promotions and content variations.
  • Launch experiments and A/B tests on messaging, timing, channels, and segments, analyzing results and performance.
  • Perform QA to ensure campaigns are error-free.
  • Support the implementation of automation tools, investigate issues, and propose improvements.
  • Research and share best practices to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently studying in a field related to data analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience running effective marketing campaigns, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience diagnosing underperforming campaigns and quickly implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience running experiments or A/B tests and deploying campaigns across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, in-app, push, and email.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Hootsuite, Customer.io, or similar), SQL, and G Suite.
