Intro

  • Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to design and execute strategies that accelerate revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Lead data-driven analysis to identify performance trends, forecast outcomes, and inform go-to-market decisions.
  • Develop, optimize, and operationalize end-to-end sales processes for the Enterprise segment, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals.
  • Create and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, productivity, and conversion performance.
  • Own key strategic projects such as territory design, territory carving and books of businesses.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership by translating complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Champion operational excellence across the revenue organization by leveraging AI, automation, and predictive analytics to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (and/or Google Sheets) and experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Solid business acumen and comprehension of Enterprise sales motions, forecasting, and funnel dynamics.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company, ideally in a Senior RevOps or Strategy role supporting Enterprise or Global segments.
  • Expertise with Salesforce, Looker (or other BI tools), and revenue analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with territory planning, quota management, and pipeline optimization methodologies.
