- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SolarWinds, you lead the creation and development of new sales opportunities and demand generation from various software products. Working closely with marketing and sales teams to nurture, qualify, and close leads. SDRs at SolarWinds are an important customer-facing channel for the company and represent SolarWinds to prospective and existing customers. It is important to have a good technical understanding of software tools for IT Professionals and be able to communicate complex product benefits.
Accountability/Expected Behaviors:• Effective communications both verbal and written with internal and external customers.• 100+ inbound/outbound calls per day.• Land, expand, and retain customers through prompt email/phone response.• As a Sales Associate for SolarWinds, you will be accountable for being passionate and doing your life's best work.• Must be on time during the phone queue during your assigned shift.• You will maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, and internal, and external customers.
