What You'll Do
- Lead a team of around 30 researchers
- Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
- Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
- Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation
- Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
- Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun
Requirements
- People leadership experience
- Proven knowledge in business process design, management and optimization
- 1+ years work experience
- Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
