What You'll Do
- Shadow the curation processes
- Simplify processes and process documentation
- Increase automation in our tools, incl. sheets, reports, dashboards
- Manage change projects with 10+ teams
- Upskill the team on process excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in fast-paced environments, e.g., consulting, start-up, a tech company
- Experience in improving processes
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Worked or studied in international environments
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
Nice to Have
- Data Analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Work experience in operations
- Work experience in data product companies
