What You’ll Do
- Viewed by customers as an expert in applying software, data, and consulting to strategic business priorities
- Create and grow overall revenue in multiple ENTs and SMB’s across Indian Pharma, CDMO, and CRO accounts with Quality domain as area of focus
- Create and maintain trusted, substance-rich C-level relationships.
- Predictability of the full sales cycle and be able to control the nuances involved
- Lead and coordinate all Veeva resources associated with the account.
- Deliver analytics and benchmarking around progress, maturity and value
- Execute the go-to-market activity such as Events, Webinars, Round tables etc. in assigned territory and accounts
Requirements
- 7+ years relevant work experience (Minimum 5 years in the life sciences industry selling Quality and Manufacturing software and consulting services, 4 years+ working in a leading global or domestic life science informatics product or consulting company sales and key account management roles, 2+ years of SaaS and Cloud software sales and consulting experience in Life Sciences is highly advantageous)
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at the level of head of Quality, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, Finance and Procurement
- Have had successful selling and business dev experience in the same territory
- Adequate knowledge of Cloud and SaaS applications, Life Sciences SME, and Digital Transformation concepts
- Based in the right territory - Bengaluru and Ahamadabad
- Familiarity with regional languages is an added advantage besides English and Hindi proficiency
