- - Collaborate with the operations team to maintain effective and timely communication between drivers, engineers, and additional company stakeholders.

Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- - 3 years experience in a test engineering or related autonomous vehicle development role.
- - Experience with Linux command line and data logging tools.
- - Python or MATLAB experience for data parsing/analysis.
- - Experience leading test campaigns at major proving grounds.
- - Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- - Strong working knowledge of vehicle dynamics.
- - Detailed knowledge of autonomous vehicle hardware and software.
- - Proficient with systems engineering workflows and requirement V&V.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- - Ability to travel.
