MAIN DUTIES
- Accomplishing below tasks independently according to client's requirements and deliveries qualified finished products to Team Leader
- Using DTP tools (FrameMaker, Word, PowerPoint, Indesign etc.) to accomplish DTP job.
- Using image tools (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Figma, Canva etc.) to edit images.
- Using Acrobat, Abbyy to prepare PDF files for translaiton
- Using other relative tools to undertake the DTP work according to clients'
- Implementing the feedback to meet client's requirements.
- Skill in learning and using tools provided by client independently.
- Summarizing and writing guides.
- Learning/researching new tools/AI or developing macros to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Contributing ideas to improve current procedures and workflow.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd level qualification (Degree/Diploma) in related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in Desktop Publishing (DTP), involving both text and image layout/processing
- Knowledge of installation and configuration management for the most common operating systems and platforms.
- Knowledge on encoding and fonts.
