Key Responsibilities

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, size, and type.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Manage the delivery of marketing content and operational materials across multiple channels.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, actively manage Kanban boards, and drive discussions around status updates and roadblocks.
  • Apply Agile methodologies with a strong understanding of Agile principles such as collaboration, adaptability, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery.
  • Navigate Kanban project phases including: Backlog, Ready, Create/Review, Copy Edit, In Lit Review, Revisions, Record Keeping, Channel Build/Deploy, and Deploy.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of content types such as Emails, Events, Presentations, Print, Social, Video, Web Articles, Web Pages, and Webinars.
  • Understand specific marketing production processes across Print, Email, Video, Social, and Web.
  • Oversee review workflows with strong attention to detail, tracking required approvals and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance within highly regulated marketing environments.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence throughout the marketing lifecycle.
  • Identify potential compliance risks, recommend solutions, and maintain thorough documentation to support audits and regulatory inquiries.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Adobe, Workfront (or similar platforms such as Jira, Asana, or Monday), Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Content Automation Technologies, and Publication & Literature Reference Code databases.

Must-have Skills

  • Experience working in the financial services industry or other highly regulated industries (e.g., Pharma, Insurance), with knowledge of financial, technical, and customer domains.
  • Strong understanding of regulated marketing environments and compliance-driven workflows.
  • Proven experience managing marketing content projects end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with content production workflows, marketing content development, and operational processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within complex cross-functional organizations.
  • Excellent communication and escalation management capabilities.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban.
