Key-responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects (internal applications, digital platforms, APIs, integrations, etc.).
  • Define project timelines, allocate resources, and lead development and testing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, security, and regulatory standards within the financial sector.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, DevOps teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid methodologies depending on project needs.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date project documentation (backlogs, roadmaps, risks, deliverables).
  • Identify and manage technical and business risks, as well as project dependencies.
  • Communicate progress clearly and in a timely manner to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Ensure continuous delivery and high-quality software in each release.
  • Promote best practices in development, testing, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Project management certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are desirable.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing software development projects.
  • Previous experience in financial institutions, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience leading technical teams (developers, testers, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience working with customer-facing digital products or internal financial processes.

Nice-to-have

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
