Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate custom WordPress themes and plugins, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver functional websites that meet client requirements.
- Manage third-party service and API integrations, ensuring smooth functionality and data consistency.
Must-have Skills
- At least 6 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on WordPress.
- Expertise in WordPress Core, PHP, and custom plugin/theme development.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, including React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Gutenberg Blocks.
- Solid experience in troubleshooting, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization within enterprise-level environments.
- Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-have
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
