Key Responsibilities:
- Manage prospects in the SMB segment from qualified lead to closing;
- Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business;
- Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to your prospects;
- Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders;
- Work side by side with Sales & Business Development Representatives to identify business opportunities in your pipeline;
- Forecast your monthly revenue achievements, crush your quota and deliver revenue;
- Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German with a full professional proficiency in English.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus.
- Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline through prospection.
- A proactive, driven sales approach to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment.
- Demonstrable organizational and time management skills.
- Competitive and driven to achieve goals, build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better.
