Key responsibilities:
- Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
- Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to medium businesses.
- Educate strategic prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders
- Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline
- Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment
- Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is mandatory with knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft
- A proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment
- Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline
- Demonstrable organisational and time management skills
