Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a team of 6 Outbound BDRs across the DACH & Benelux region, empowering them to hit and exceed their quotas.
- Set the pace by bringing energy, clarity, and momentum to the team. You’ll coach, motivate, and build a culture of high performance and consistency.
- Design incentives that boost productivity and reward excellence across the region.
- Take over and refine our outbound playbook, processes, sequences, scripts, email templates, objection handling, and qualification tactics to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Become the go-to expert for questions about sales techniques, processes, product updates, and integrations.
- Run impactful 1:1s, call reviews, and email coaching to spot growth opportunities and elevate individual performance.
- Represent Aircall with professionalism, instilling trust, credibility, and focus within the team.
- Drive strategic initiatives shaping the future of our global BDR organisation.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development management, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- A proven outbound track record: you know what great prospecting looks like and how to operationalise it.
- Experience leading or managing teams, with a clear ability to motivate, coach, and level up talent.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, love structure and process, and consistently operate with ambition and ownership.
