What You'll do:

  • Operational Carrier Management : Oversee daily carrier performance and network reliability by monitoring quality metrics, managing ticketing workflows, and resolving technical service escalations.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Maintain global regulatory adherence by organizing essential documentation and performing internal compliance checks to mitigate legal and operational risks.
  • Internal & External Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between external carriers and internal Technical and Legal teams to facilitate the swift resolution of operational hurdles and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on service expectations.
  • Documentation & Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of telecommunications records by maintaining an organized repository of carrier contracts, rate sheets, and performance data to reflect current pricing and operational processes.

A little about you:

  • Education: Degree in Business, IT, or Telecom (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise: Proven background in telecom operations, compliance, or regulatory frameworks.
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain key stakeholder partnerships.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for collaborative environments.
  • Operational Rigor: Highly organized with sharp attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ticketing systems and advanced spreadsheet management.
