Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment and execution across teams to support key partnership initiatives
  • Remove roadblocks, clarify priorities, and ensure initiatives land with impact
  • Build the processes and infrastructure needed to scale execution across regions
  • Coordinate with Product, GTM, and Ops teams to connect strategic vision to day-to-day delivery
  • Report progress to leadership, linking outcomes to measurable business value

What Success Looks Like:

  • Strong contribution to new sales through Aircall’s ecosystem partnerships
  • High attachment rates for Tier 1 integrations
  • Consistent delivery of cross-functional quarterly OKRs
  • Tangible improvements in execution velocity and operational maturity

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Saas
  • Working with HubSpot & Salesforce is a big plus
  • Exceptional program or project management skills in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Comfortable sparring with Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong executive presence and crisp storytelling
  • Experience working across multiple regions and functions
  • Based in one of our offices in EMEA (Paris, London, Madrid or Berlin)
