Key responsibilities :
- Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business
- Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing
- Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects.
- Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders
- Work side by side with Business Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline
- Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment
- Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
Qualifications:
- A proven experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS is mandatory
- Fluent in French and English, being able to exchange in Italian or Hebrew is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft
- A knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC is a plus
- Ability to navigate complex decisions making at prospects, and ability to connect and speak with C-levels
- A proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment
- Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline
- Demonstrable organisational and time management skills
