Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the roadmap to grow deposits and invested capital volume
- Scale our banking platform into the default infrastructure for private fund capital flows
- Build resilient, cost-efficient integrations and contingency strategies across our banking stack
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners to strengthen coverage, improve economics, and expand capabilities
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and internal teams, turning complex operational needs into intuitive, differentiated products
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, banking operations, or fintech — ideally with exposure to B2B financial infrastructure or banking integrations
- Are fluent in financial systems, banking APIs, and the mechanics of money movement
- Thrive in high-ownership environments and are motivated by ambitious growth outcomes
- Combine strategic vision with operational empathy — able to design the roadmap while also sweating integration details
- Are equally comfortable negotiating with banking partners, debugging flows with engineers, and presenting strategy to executives
