What You’ll Do:

  • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, including problem framing, scope definition, PRDs, execution, and iteration.
  • Drive focused, fast-paced delivery cadences with Design and Engineering—grooming, sequencing, and making tradeoffs with clarity.
  • Translate big-picture strategy into practical, measurable product work that reinforces clinical credibility and drives patient follow-through.
  • Ship early-stage Care Mode features like check-ins, nudges, plan reinforcement, and lightweight guidance frameworks.
  • Support behavior change by designing experiences that reduce cognitive load, clarify next steps, and adapt to patient context.
  • Define success metrics up front, and validate them post-launch using tools like Mixpanel and Looker.
  • Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and run fast, lightweight learning loops that guide future iterations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Practitioner teams to ensure new experiences are trusted, safe, and aligned across surfaces.
  • Work with Marketing and Customer Success to support positioning, launch planning, and practitioner education.

What You Bring:

  • 3–6 years of Product Management experience, with full ownership of feature delivery.
  • Strong communication and writing skills—clear PRDs, good decisions, clean execution.
  • Experience shipping mobile-first product experiences (native or responsive web).
  • Comfort with product analytics and defining instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with experimentation practices and launch safety (e.g., phased rollouts, kill switches).
  • Background in healthcare or high-trust environments.
  • Exposure to behavior change or habit-formation design patterns.
  • Experience building digital coaching and engagement systems.
