Job requirements
- As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
- We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer with strong Banking domain expertise and exceptional storytelling skills, capable of transforming complex architecture, program, and business concepts into compelling narratives for senior leadership and executive audiences.
- This role requires someone who can build powerful stories out of fragmented inputs, connect business context, architecture decisions, risks, and outcomes, and present them in a clear, structured, and impactful manner.
- Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Storytelling & Documentation
- Develop end-to-end architecture narratives, translating complex enterprise and solution designs into easy-to-consume stories.
- Create clear, logical, and engaging documentation that connects:
- Business drivers
- Architecture decisions
- Program execution
- Risks & dependencies
- Business outcomes
- Partner closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leaders to shape cohesive architecture stories rather than just static documentation.
- Executive & Leadership Communication
- Build executive-ready narratives, leadership decks, and program readouts for:
- Steering committee meetings
- CXO forums
- QBRs
- Client leadership updates
- Convert technical and operational updates into leadership-friendly storylines that clearly articulate progress, impact, risks, and decisions required.
- Create crisp executive summaries and strategic viewpoints, not just detailed reports.
- Banking Domain & Program Enablement
- Produce high-quality documentation across core banking, lending, digital banking, payments, and regulatory initiatives.
- Develop process workflows, operating models, and transformation narratives aligned to banking business objectives.
- Support client proposals, RFP responses, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Technical Writer / Documentation Lead / Program Communication Specialist, with deep BFSI domain exposure.
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills – ability to connect dots, simplify complexity, and drive clarity for leadership.
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise & Solution Architecture concepts
- Banking systems, platforms, and business workflows
- Proven ability to craft executive narratives, strategic decks, and leadership readouts.
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
