Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture key partnerships with major Korean clients in the Web3, Exchange and gaming sectors.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its Korean partners, ensuring strong and trusted relationships.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing, and technical integration to drive mutual value.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and partner success.
- Track partner performance, manage renewals, and prepare regular business reviews and strategic updates.
- Stay current on Web3 trends, gaming innovations, and Korean market dynamics to advise both internal stakeholders and partners.
- Represent the company at Korean industry events, conferences, and community meetups.
Requirements
- Native-level Korean fluency (written and spoken) and professional-level English, Chinese speaking is a big plus.
- 3–5+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development in gaming, Web3, or tech industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, token economies, NFTs, or GameFi preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and communicate effectively across cultures and teams.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and partnership reporting.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Layer1/Layer2 blockchains, launchpads, wallets, or NFT marketplaces.
- Existing network within the Korean crypto or gaming communities.
- Background in project management or ecosystem growth in Web3.
