What You'll Do:
- Build, deploy, and optimize marketing and sales automation (e.g., Marketo, LeanData, Outreach), including workflows, campaigns, lead scoring, UTMs, QA, and database health.
- Ensure all marketing and sales efforts follow best practices, are scalable and measurable, and enable full attribution across touchpoints.
- Partner with digital and field marketing to identify gaps or underperforming campaigns/sequences and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Sales leadership and Sales Enablement to drive effective tool usage and continuously optimize campaigns and processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison for sales enablement tools, supporting troubleshooting, feature rollouts, platform optimization, and data integrity through regular audits and cleanup.
- Optimize and maintain the marketing operations tech stack while documenting and sharing best practices to support adoption, onboarding, and marketing–sales alignment.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with exposure to both digital and traditional channels; strong understanding of B2B demand generation and sales processes.
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, Goldcast, or equivalents) and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred.
- Data-driven, self-directed problem solver who leverages Marketo to its full potential while thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to lead projects, build cross-functional relationships, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven initiative, strong work ethic, and analytical mindset, with experience in large technology companies considered a strong plus.
