Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the implementation of software projects.
- Follow best practices and coding standards, while keeping in mind the scope, goals and deliverables.
- Review User Guides and Technical Guides. - Identify bugs and issues in each project developed in ProcessMaker.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Function as an integral part of the team, actively contributing towards the development of our services.
- The position requires constant communication with clients and teams in English.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Essential Functions
- Programming in PHP, Laravel, VueJS and other (scripting) languages if this is needed.

- Report all issues or constraints to the team and Technical Lead.
- Review the Jira system to complete the assigned tasks during the day.
- Be able to inform in the scrum meeting the status of the tasks assigned in the day.
Minimal Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
- Technical background with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication in spoken English.
- Experience working with remote and on-site multicultural teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
