Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the implementation of software projects.
  • Follow best practices and coding standards, while keeping in mind the scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Review User Guides and Technical Guides. - Identify bugs and issues in each project developed in ProcessMaker.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Function as an integral part of the team, actively contributing towards the development of our services.
  • The position requires constant communication with clients and teams in English.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Essential Functions

  • Programming in PHP, Laravel, VueJS and other (scripting) languages if this is needed.
  • The position requires constant communication with clients and teams in English.
  • Report all issues or constraints to the team and Technical Lead.
  • Review the Jira system to complete the assigned tasks during the day.
  • Be able to inform in the scrum meeting the status of the tasks assigned in the day.

Minimal Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication in spoken English.
  • Experience working with remote and on-site multicultural teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
