Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze customer patterns and needs to enable personalized engagement.
  • Deliver advanced product demos and scenario-based walkthroughs.
  • Conduct client-specific training to maximize product adoption.
  • Act as the primary contact for client queries and drive timely issue resolution.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular strategic interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish best practices.
  • Identify at-risk customers and execute retention strategies.

Key Requirements :

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related role with Bachelor's/ Master’s degree.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and advanced customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience handling senior-level client interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools is an additional advantage.
