Job Role:
- Membership Sales & Business Development: Drive acquisition of premium members through targeted sales strategies.Build a strong pipeline, lead high-value pitches, negotiate, and close deals.Consistently deliver on sales, revenue, and profitability goals while identifying new business opportunities for growth.
- Client & Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and investors. Ensure exceptional service, renewals, and repeat business through sustained engagement and value-driven experiences.
- Brand & Commercial Partnerships: Create brand visibility and collaboration opportunities for members through DreamSetGo’s premium events and platforms. Work with internal teams to design experiences that elevate engagement and reinforce membership value.
- Strategic Insights & Reporting: Track performance across the sales pipeline, analyse conversions, and share data-driven insights to refine strategy, optimise pricing, and unlock new revenue potential.
Qualifiers:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, preferably within premium memberships, luxury hospitality, or exclusive members-only clubs.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets in high-value HNI-driven environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, forecasting, and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with executive presence
