Your Role:
- Handle company internal and external FIT/GIT travel queries (B-to-C) from order intake and 1st quotation to after sales service.
- Liaise and build a strong relationship with domestic and international vendors to negotiate best rates/conditions and ensure a seamless execution of service fulfillment at the destination.
- Liaise and build a strong relationship with the client and the internal sales department to provide timely response, best rates and quality service in order to attract repeat business.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to get timely payments to vendors executed with all internal processes involved.
- When required, travel with the group to the destination to ensure a seamless ground operation.
- Work with various online travel booking platforms.
- Once a month, weekend attendance (work from home) on a rotating basis.
- One week in a month, late night hotline attendance on a rotating basis.
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience (Travel industry)
- Team player with an interest in sports
- Detail-oriented with a focus to deliver quality
- Basic maths and logical thinking skills
- Strong capabilities with database and information system software
- Self-motivated person who needs minimal supervision
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- A focused client-approach to establish a comfortable working relationship ensuring repeat business.
