Role Overview
- We are seeking a Cardlink Production Support Lead with strong credit card domain knowledge to support and manage Cardlink applications. This role acts as Level 5 Production Support, leading incident management, guiding the team, and ensuring system stability.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Cardlink Version 1 & 2 within the last 10 years
- Strong understanding of end-to-end credit card issuing and acquiring processes (authorisation, embossing, GL, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret code for troubleshooting (no heavy development required)
- 2–3 years of team management experience
- Experience working in banking / financial services production support
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as Production Support Level 5
- Lead major incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Provide on-call / after-hours support when required
- Troubleshoot incidents related to credit card business logic
- Review technical deliverables and guide team members
- Manage demand, resources, and coordination with Infrastructure & Security teams
- Work with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Support compliance, audit, and regulatory activities
