The PM will manage delivery using Hybrid methodologies, maintain full traceability via Jira/Confluence, ensure adherence to SDLC, and lead all aspects of vendor management.
- Work closely with compliance, product, technology, operations, and business teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-border initiatives (payments, settlements, compliance workflows, international integrations, rollouts, etc.).
- Define project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Preferred Qualifications
- PMP/PRINCE2.
- Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in TM tuning/analytics.
- Familiar with MAS AML/CFT requirements (e.g., MAS 626/1108)
- Exposure to Cloud (AWS) data platforms and modern ETL/ELT tooling.
- Understanding name screening, payments screening, KYC/CDD.
- Cross-border payment systems
- Familiarity with API integrations, mobile/web implementations, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
