Important Information

The PM will manage delivery using Hybrid methodologies, maintain full traceability via Jira/Confluence, ensure adherence to SDLC, and lead all aspects of vendor management.

  • Work closely with compliance, product, technology, operations, and business teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-border initiatives (payments, settlements, compliance workflows, international integrations, rollouts, etc.).
  • Define project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP/PRINCE2.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience in TM tuning/analytics.
  • Familiar with MAS AML/CFT requirements (e.g., MAS 626/1108)
  • Exposure to Cloud (AWS) data platforms and modern ETL/ELT tooling.
  • Understanding name screening, payments screening, KYC/CDD.
  • Cross-border payment systems
  • Familiarity with API integrations, mobile/web implementations, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
