The PM will manage delivery using Hybrid methodologies, maintain full traceability via Jira/Confluence, ensure adherence to SDLC, and lead all aspects of vendor management.

Work closely with compliance, product, technology, operations, and business teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-border initiatives (payments, settlements, compliance workflows, international integrations, rollouts, etc.).
Define project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP/PRINCE2.
Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Experience in TM tuning/analytics.
Familiar with MAS AML/CFT requirements (e.g., MAS 626/1108)
Exposure to Cloud (AWS) data platforms and modern ETL/ELT tooling.
Understanding name screening, payments screening, KYC/CDD.
Cross-border payment systems
Familiarity with API integrations, mobile/web implementations, microservices, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
