Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint Identity and Access Management, technical architecture, and project management. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- - Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IAM solutions for clients
- - Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps to deliver business benefits
- - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- - Design and implement technical solutions using IAM and access governance software
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- - Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM projects
- - Manage IAM operations and implement IAM solutions
- - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- - 5-8 years of experience in SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- - 5-8 years of experience in developing, implementing, or architecting information systems
- - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
- - Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as automation platforms and data analytics
- - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- - Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum)
- - Technical architecture experience, including integrating identity management and access governance software into client infrastructures and applications
- - Experience with tools such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, and OutSystems
- - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- - Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
- - Programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
- - Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as:
- - EC2
- - RDS
- - S3
- - Route 53
- - SES
- - VPC
- - Security Hub
- - WAF
- - AWS ALB or NLB
- - Secrets Manager
- - CloudWatch
- - Lambda
- - AWS Glue
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related field
