Role Overview
- We are looking for a Mid to Senior IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Mexico. The role is focused on sourcing and early-stage recruiting activities. Candidates must have previous end-to-end recruiting experience and a clear understanding of the full hiring lifecycle. Experience hiring IT profiles, working with Greenhouse, and using AI tools is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sourcing activities for IT roles including Software Engineering, QA, Data, Cloud, and DevOps
- Define and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions
- Conduct market research on talent availability, compensation ranges, and competitive landscape
- Share market insights to support hiring decisions and expectation alignment
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Conduct initial screening calls and technical pre-screens
- Partner with Staffing and Coordination teams to ensure smooth handoff across the process
- Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in Greenhouse
- Support early salary discussions based on market data
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement

Required Experience and Skills
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruiting or technical sourcing
- Previous hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and seniority levels
- Proven experience sourcing hard-to-fill profiles
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish
- Ensure clear, timely, and consistent follow-up with candidates at all stages
